Well, final harvest except for those silly Brussels Sprouts. There might be more Swiss Chard too, when you get right down to it.

I pulled pretty much everything with the cold weather breathing down my neck. However, I left a few of everything…a few beets, a few carrots, a few bok choy, and a few lettuces/salad greens just to see how they take all the cold that is coming at us in the next few days. The spinach, Swiss Chard, and Brussels Sprouts were left with the understanding that they laugh in the face of cold weather.

The Swiss Chard and purple Brussels Sprouts laughing at the cold north wind.

Here’s the Family of 4 Garden harvest:

8 oz mixed baby salad greens @ $0.638/oz = $5.10

3 lbs Baby purple carrots @ $2/lb or bunch = $6.00

24 Baby Bok Choy @ $2.99/bunch of 3 = $23.92

Weekly Total = $35.02

Yearly Total = $373.83

We also have about 10 more pounds of carrots, another couple dozen bok choy, 10 oz of salad mix/lettuces, and a few beets and watermelon radishes from the salad garden. I think I’m going to roast a lot of the carrots for potluck with the Master Gardener class tomorrow. I’ll post pictures later!
