Gardening & Growing in the Sedgwick County Extension Master Gardeners Demonstration Garden!
Bed 10 will be planted to sweet potato slips in early summer. We will be getting the slips from the John C. Pair Horticulture Center in Haysville, where they grow certified organic slips. The slips probably won’t be ready until early June, so I guess we could have planned to plant something else in this bed until then!
